Australian software developer Dependency, in a joint venture with U.S.-based The Japanese Page has released two iOS apps in the series “Japanese Conversation through Dialogues.”

n

Particularly designed for students of Japanese who are not living in Japan and who need access to native speakers. Especially native speakers who will speak at your level.

n

The two apps are for Beginners and Upper Beginners, and the apps have almost 50 dialogues each. Spoken by native male and female Japanese people. And, with the ability to replay the dialogues line by line or even word by word until you have it right, they let you learn at your own pace.

n

There are more than 1,500 sound files altogether. And every word of every line of every dialog can be viewed in the dictionary and played separately.

n

You can also view romaji and/or English translations at the touch of a button.

n

The natural conversations, based on real circumstances you might find yourself in, build your vocabulary and your listening and speaking skill in a gentle but effective way. Also allowing you to take them with you wherever you go, and to practice even in those short moments throughout the day.

n

Great on an iPhone. Even better on an iPad.
