Fujitsu’s new ARROWS Z ISW11F smartphone from Fujitsu Toshiba Mobile Communications goes on sale Friday, from KDDI Corporation and Okinawa Cellular Telephone Company.

To deliver unprecedented speed of operations, ARROWS Z ISW11F combines three high-speed enhancements—high-speed WiMAX communications, a high-performance 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, and a quick-response touchscreen. In addition to its 4.3-inch HD display that supports a full spectrum of 16.77 million colors, Fujitsu’s proprietary high-definition technology offers users a chance to appreciate the breathtaking beauty of Hi-Vision video content.

As a flagship model of Fujitsu’s smartphone lineup, ISW11F is packed with advanced features that push the limits of speed and design, including a high-performance 13.1 megapixel camera—among the top of its class of smartphones—and DTCP-IP-compatible DLNA connectivity.

Amid an expanding smartphone market, there has been widespread attention regarding the increased need for handling rich content, such as large-screen data-intensive video content, as well as support for high-speed communications services that can be used to easily download content and applications.

ARROWS Z ISW11F runs on the next-generation WiMAX high-speed communications network, thereby allowing users to download videos and other data-intensive content at unmatched speeds.
