The FMV-ESPRIMO line includes a new model with industry-leading energy efficiency of 24W. In addition, by using power-saving liquid-crystal displays (LCDs), power requirements were reduced by roughly 30% compared to Fujitsu’s previous models. With its diverse and environmentally friendly lineup, Fujitsu offers PC models to meet the varied needs of its enterprise customers.

The FMV-D5180 model achieves industry-leading energy efficiency of 24W, for a 50% reduction in power requirement compared to the fiscal 2006 model. The use of power-saving liquid-crystal panels enables a 30% reduction in the power requirement for the VL-177SEL LCDs. Further power reduction is made possible by combining VL-177SEL with a switched convenience outlet.

The FMV-LIFEBOOK line also meets the latest ENERGY STAR standards.
