Founded in 2014, Aroma Bit develops compact odor-imaging sensors that produce visual patterns when exposed to various odors. Its solution mimics a living olfactory system, unlike conventional gas sensors that specializes in detection of pre-targeted chemical compound gases.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to increase its market traction and establish a new technology and business creation collaboration this year. It also wants to develop industry-specific innovative solutions using its sensors and data with companies from various sectors including food and beverage, consumer goods, cosmetics, industrial machinery, robotics, mobility, healthcare, and agriculture.
