Nomura Research Institute completes acquisition of Anshin Software

Nomura Research Institute, a leading provider of consulting services and system solutions, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Anshin Software Pvt Ltd, an IT consulting and software development company, establishing the firm’s second group company in India – Nomura Research Institute Financial Technologies India Pvt Ltd.

The new office’s primary function is customer support and IT services, financial services R&D, as well as software development.

Kolkata, West Bengal, India-based NRI FT India will look to effectively utilize the strong local IT employee base to support NRI’s ongoing global expansion. The cost of the acquisition was 5.7 million Indian rupees ($100,202).
