NTT Docomo acquires stake in Radishbo-ya

NTT Docomo has secured 5,294,668 shares worth 4,980 million yen of Radishbo-ya Co, a premium home-delivery service provider offering organic and preservative-free foods. This is equivalent to 75.74% of the total number of shares issued by Radishbo-ya.

Docomo offered to acquire all shares tendered during the tender offer period from Jan 31 to March 12 on the condition that it could acquire a minimum 3,706,600 shares. Meeting this condition, Docomo will acquire all the shares tendered. Settlement of the tender offer will commence on March 19, wherein Radishbo-ya will become a consolidated subsidiary of Docomo.
