Servcorp launches new mobile workspace service

Serviced and virtual offices provider Servcorp has launched a new service called “Officeworld,” providing a broader service offering targeting those companies and individuals in need for more flexible work space solutions or for the “co-working” market.

Servcorp said the service allows clients to effectively utilise the workspace for the minimum days required, helping them save the fixed costs for their business.

Officeworld is a membership club allowing its customers to use the offices in the Servcorp worldwide network only for when they need it, where they need it – without committing to long terms leases or costly monthly rentals and security deposits. Members can chose between a standard service of 5 days or 10 days use of a Private Office or a Shared Office in any Servcorp location that their membership allows.

Memberships start from as little as ¥22,500 per month and no deposit is required. Extra days can be purchased on a casual basis at preferential rates.

“We are excited to launch the Officeworld service across our 22 locations in Japan and lower the barrier to access a luxurious and very professional type of office space to any business. Our aim is to help small businesses succeed with little or no investment; Officeworld is a great option for those who do not necessarily need a fulltime office,” said Olga Vlietstra, General Manager for Japan.
